Before bedtime, use moisturizers that are a bit heavier but should penetrate your skin overnight for a refreshed and glowing morning.  So don’t skip applying moisturizer  to hydrate and give you a clear skin.

Choose your skincare products wisely especially if you are acne and breakout-prone. The most essential skin care habit is what you include in your regimen. Breaking out badly may be caused by a product with certain ingredients.  When choosing your skincare products, always check the ingredients and make sure that they will not be the cause of your skin to flip out, create more oil, and produce more breakouts. 5. Be Mindful Of What You Eat

This one is a no brainer. Beauty truly does radiate everything you put inside of your body. You are what you eat. s What we put on our plates will certainly show on our skin.
